These terms govern the AccessTo website and its platforms, PWAs, apps, integrations and solutions provided by TITCOLOMBIA S.A.S. Commercial terms, service levels, modules and data processing may be supplemented by a signed order or agreement.
1. Acceptance and scope
By visiting, creating an account or using a service, you accept applicable terms. If acting for an organization, you represent authority to bind it. A signed agreement prevails for the purchased service in case of conflict. Do not use a service if you disagree.
2. Accounts and permitted use
Customers keep account details accurate, protect credentials, assign appropriate permissions and report unauthorized access. Use the service according to law, documentation and purchased scope. Do not disrupt availability or security, seek unauthorized access, bypass controls, introduce malicious code or infringe rights. AccessTo may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect people or systems or comply with law, and will seek to notify where practicable.
3. Data and customer duties
Customers control their content and purposes for organizational records. They must provide notices, obtain permissions or establish lawful grounds, handle rights requests, configure retention, permissions and integrations, and give lawful instructions. AccessTo processes such data under the agreement and instructions. AI, messaging, cloud and external-provider features may involve transfers and extra terms that customers should review before enabling.
4. License and ownership
Subject to payment and agreement, TITCOLOMBIA grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the purchased service during its term. AccessTo, its marks, software and documentation remain with their owners; no rights transfer except those expressly granted. Customers retain their data.
5. Availability and third parties
Features vary by product, plan, country, device and integration. Availability and support commitments are only those expressly agreed. We may maintain or change components for technical, legal or security reasons. Third-party links have their own terms; we do not control their content or availability.
6. Fees and termination
Prices, taxes, renewal, payment, export and deletion follow the customer's offer and agreement. Visiting the website does not create a paid subscription. At termination, contractual export, retention and deletion procedures apply, subject to legal duties and limited backup cycles.
7. Warranties and liability
Agreed warranties and those that cannot legally be excluded apply. The service does not replace human decisions, physical controls or customer duties concerning security, access, employment, education, lodging or protection of people. Each party is liable under law and contract; nothing limits non-waivable liability or mandatory consumer rights.
